Emily Osment is ringing in a new year of life following her divorce from Jack Anthony. The actress turned 33 on March 10, the same day her divorce from Anthony was settled, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE. She had filed three days prior, citing irreconcilable differences and listed their date of separation as Dec. 7 — less than two months after their Oct. 12 wedding. The couple do not share any kids and they did have a prenup in place.
